We deliver Tuesday to Saturday with 48 hours notice (excluding Special days & holidays). We complete all deliveries between 11 am – 6 pm. ( Business by 4PM)

 

We cannot meet requests for timed deliveries, however, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please specify in the Special Instructions section if the delivery location is a workplace and needs to be delivered before 5 pm.

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt re-delivery either the same day or the following day with an additional charge.

It is also helpful to include your recipient’s phone number. Any other instructions are helpful to note there as well.
