Is À la Carte right for you?

 

A La Carte is Drop-off only & is right for you if:

 

  •  You only need bouquets, personal flowers, centerpieces, or a few focal pieces

  •  You don’t need arch or major installations

  •  You don’t need a in person consultation, just fill out our form to tell us about the look of your wedding

  •  You want to get our signature look for a lower price point

  •  You’d like us to do the work for you – we’ll pick what is best for your colour palette, with no specific flowers requested.

HOW IT WORKS

PROPOsAL

SUBMIT ORDER FORM

Complete the attached a la carte Order Form and send it to parapalm@gmail.com.

 

CONSULTATION

QUOTE

Within a week of receiving your Order Form, Para Palm Flowers will email you a quote for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided.

 

CONTRACT + DEPOSIT

After approving your order, send a non-refundable deposit of $100 and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

final revision

MAKE FINAL CHANGES

Five weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions and small changes can be made at this time.

 

SUBMIT PAYMENT

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Checks (payable to Twig & Vine Florals) preferred. Payments made with a credit card incur a 4% processing fee.

 

PICK UP AND ENJOY

We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at our ParaPalm flowers studio on the date and time specified on your final order.

delivery / payment/ cancellation

Delivery

Monday - Friday Delivery within 25km of Toronto is $50 and will be added to all A-La-Carte orders. It is available between 10am and 5pm.  Weekend Delivery to the Greater Toronto Area is $125.  Delivery outside Greater Toronto is based on availability and event location. 

 

Payment and Cancellation

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking your event. This is to secure your date on our calendar. We ask for the balance to be paid in full 30 days before your event. If for any reason you need to cancel your event, you will receive a 50% refund in cancelled 14 days or more prior to your event.  Less than 14 days,  any payments made will become non-refundable.
